Missing teeth: implants, bridges and dentures

When a tooth is missing there are three options: an implant, a bridge resting on the neighbouring teeth, or a removable denture. Which one suits you depends on the bone, on the teeth next to the gap and on what you expect.

It's best not to wait too long: when a tooth is missing, the ones next to it tend to lean into the empty space.

What we do

  • Implants: a titanium screw in the bone that acts as a root, with a crown on top.
  • Bridges: a crown resting on the two neighbouring teeth.
  • Removable dentures: partial (with a metal frame) or full.
  • Crowns and rebuilds on damaged teeth.

How it works

  1. A visit and, usually, an X-ray.
  2. We show you every possible option, each with its cost and timing.
  3. You think it over calmly and call us when you've decided.
  4. Treatment, and check-ups over time.

Who looks after you

Dr Giuseppe Di Gioia
Dentist, founder of the practice

Implants and prosthetics are Dr Giuseppe Di Gioia's main field.

What it costs

It depends on what you need, and you know before we start: after the visit you get a written estimate, item by item. If there's more than one option, you get them all, each with its cost.
