No cookies, neither ours nor anyone else's: no outside analytics, no advertising, no embedded social buttons or videos. That's why there's no cookie banner. Fonts, pictures and videos all come from this website, so opening a page doesn't contact any other company.

What stays in your browser

Three small pieces of memory, which stay on your device and never reach us or anyone else:

• The name a child types at the door. It's passed to the valley so the aliens can say hello, and deleted as soon as it has been read. It isn't sent anywhere.
• The age group chosen in the valley (3-5, 6-8 or 9-12: never the exact age, and never together with the name). It disappears when you close the tab.
• Which cartoons have been watched to the end, for the puzzle tokens. It stays until you clear this site's data.

They're only there to make what you ask for work, so no consent is needed (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). To remove them, just clear this site's browsing data.

Technical data about your visit

The website is hosted on a server of Netsons, the practice's hosting provider. Like any web server, it records the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect them from attacks, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the website working and being secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider processes this data on the controller's behalf as a data processor, and keeps it for 30 days. We don't use these records to work out who visited.

When you open the map, our Google reviews or our YouTube channel, or message us on WhatsApp, you leave this website: Google's (YouTube included) and WhatsApp's rules apply from there. Our cartoons, instead, are served by this website: watching them here does not go through YouTube.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, and for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, or object to its processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR), by phoning or writing to the practice at the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
